Your generosity in time and talent during the creation of the dry stone wall helped to make our vision of this new garden, a reality. It was amazing to watch the work crew construct the masterpiece in only a matter of days.

This was our first experience with a landscaping project here in Belleville being new to the area. We were so impressed from beginning to end.

Neil arrived to discuss our project and helped us move lawn / patio furniture into place so that we could properly visualize what we thought we wanted. He made some excellent suggestions which we were grateful for.

The team (Rick, Nate and Frank) were great to work with. They patiently welcomed and answered any questions we had during the two + weeks that they were at our home. Landscaping is heavy hard work and they completed the project with smiles on their faces every day. Pride in workmanship was very evident.

Judy and the team at the office were great to get back to us when we had questions and proposed changes. We always felt respected and valued.

Ultimately the work was completed as agreed and we could not be happier.

Finally, we have to note that Neil offered from day one to return and help us secure the metal gazebo to the new patio.. True to his word he and his son came over on the agreed day and worked very hard (and longer than he anticipated) to insure that our gazebo was secure. He said he would help but in fact he essentially did all of the work.

As the work week draws to a close, I would like to express thanks for the joy you have brought into my life this week. It has been a very difficult year in many respects for Ron and I and this project has lifted such a weight for me personally. Gardening and the beauty it brings with it, is my life. I had to leave behind many beautiful gardens, so what you are doing for us is like Christmas in November.

I just wanted to let you know how delighted I have been with your team – in the office and at job site. I know they are finishing off a few minor things today, but they have been amazing. Derek, who mentioned he has only been with you since April, was a great lead. He kept us appraised of what was going on and his customer skills and communications was outstanding. He seemed to work well with the rest of the crew, and they were all so respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I also appreciate their attention to detail.
